Since we have a lot of new people, and a lot of action going through the Classifieds, if you use PayPal, do NOT put anything at all gun related in the comments. Send the money as a gift, otherwise they lock the receiving account.
If you send the payment as a gift and the seller reneges on the deal you just lost your money. Paypal won't be of help in any way.
I would rely on their feedback before I would do a deal with them. Is that not what its for?
Hacked accounts & ppl getting out of the game that have great feedback could opt to rip someone off are the risks you take if sending a paypal by gift. (ask any business that sets up in house charge accts if they've ever been ripped off by ppl who skipped out)
It's not too expensive to add the 3% on to your payment to get some buyer protection. I mean that's just how I would send the payment. YMMV.
