If you mix the vinegar with household bleach in a 50/50 ratio you can substantially reduce the soak time and wont need to neutralize afterward.

not at all boss. dont have to worry about fumes generated by this method. However, you will want a strainer large enough to separate the wood from the oxide produced.

As an aside, if this was a serious plea for help then I apologize to the op for my sarcasm and hope he/she is able to rectify the situation.
