Alternate uses for expired veg. oil

Found a large, opened jug of V.O. in the cupboard with an expiration date of June 2011.

Any cool ideas for alternate uses? I've read some stuff about homemade veg oil lanterns...what else you got?

Use it to season cast iron cookware. It's perfect for that job due to the heats involved.

I'm surprised it took OSA five minutes to go there....

Burn it in a diesel (older models). I frequently burn our used veg oil by mixing it in with my normal diesel. I know my truck wouldn't care if it was past expiration. Used it in my cummins, bobcat and the tractor. No processing needed.
