Arizona removing SDA permit requirements???

Interesting thing is that this seems, from the news article, to apply to handguns only. I've not read the text of the proposed statute.

Open Carry of any firearm is already legal in AZ. AS in many states that have long had open carry, the public concern was about concealed handguns, not knowing who was armed.

That is exactly the kind of law (absence of law, actually) we need here.

However, you should be able to go up to a courthouse and get them to print you out a little piece of paper saying it is legal for you to carry concealed in Oklahoma, just for purposes of reciprocity in states who do require a license.

Another subject on which the best law is NO law at all. Liberty baby!
