My opinion, universal no-strings tax credit for not enrolling in the public system. Period. Where a person stands on REAL school choice will tell you a lot.

Regarding "lawyer's don't know about education": I don't' have to BE a lawyer to know that I wouldn't like to be essentially forced into using a "public" lawyer.

Just do away with public school in general. No education tax, no taxpayer funded school period. I shouldn't be responsible to pay a babysitter for someone else's spawn.
