NRREDxGRRL I have laughed at a lot of people in my 32 years of law enforcement but your husband was not one of them. In fact I have not spoken with anyone outside of fellow investigators about Valley Brook PD. Please stop by my office if you wish to discuss this further. You apparently know how to get there.

got to see fisher in action under oath ina civil service case in another jurisdiction.....................Lied like a dog, was shown to the board he lied, it was so bad he was finally requested to leave the board hearing and his testimony stricken.
