Deer vs. Bobcat

Got to see a bobcat take down a Little 5 Point buck this moring it was an amazing sight. I left the bobcat inpeace and let him enjoy his kill but i did take a few pics first.

Very nice pictures. Bobcat season doesn't open till December 1st.

i didnt shoot the bobcat. I took a few pictures and went back to my stand and let him eat his meal.

ok just making sure. The guy who is letting me hunt on his lease has already called him when season opens. This is the second bobcat that i have seen there was a smaller one that came through before this one did.

thats a big bobcat.we've had some little ones hangin around the feeder for some easy bird and coon meals,but nothing that size.cool pics.

So did you actually see him jump the deer or find the scene after the deer was down? I had a buddy see it once but the cat couldn't stay on for the ride and did not kill the deer. Cool pics for sure.

I didn't acutally get to see it take the deer down but I was watching him chase it there was about five min worth of grunting from the deer and leaves rustling then all was quit that's when I got down and saw the bobcat had won
