I remember back in the day, as a young Marine, two items always went in my pack: A roll of shizz paper and a bottle of tabasco. When we switched from the nasty old C-rats to the equally nasty MREs, at least the MREs came with a small bottle of tabasco.

Let me WARN YOU........when you put half a teaspoon in your mouth or on food........Ho-Hum...not that hot. Give it 30 seconds...Hell Fire.

After about 2-3 minutes..........Holy Mother of God.

This little video is exactly what I'm talking about. The guy called FBI gives this sauce a mid-range rating. Watch at around the 4:26 mark...he has a change of heart!!!

Last year I grew a few of these bad boys....my wife warned me about letting my buddies try these!!

She stated that I could be liable and sued for:

stroke

heart attack

aneurysm

pooping pants

asphyxiation

loss of hearing

blindness

because most of my buds like Habaneros and Ghost peppers.....she tells me that they're not use to the Reaper. Plus, when they recover.....they usually want to kick the living dog sh*t out of me for introducing them to this BAD BOY....

My favorite was made by Trappeys. Trappeys Bull hot sauce. I guess they don't make it anymore. Haven't found it in several years.

Red Rooster is pretty good.

Most of the hot sauces I come across are way to vinegary for my taste. To add to that I don't want just fire I want something with some flavor. Grabbed this one and have enjoyed it. Say what you will but they use scotch bonnet (habanero) peppers among other things to give it some kick. Both are close the jerk sauce has a bit more kick. If you want to check it out head over to https://www.google.com/maps/place/S...d=0ahUKEwiS0JH0sLnRAhVs4IMKHXhOB00Q_BII1QIwMg and get some.
