These are testable ideas. I have a fairly large dataset (nearly 1 million people) that should be able to provide some insight into these questions. I'll dig into it later.
If 80%+ of the world is religious in some form or fashion and the general religious view is that homosexuality wrong, how can you not contend that it is possible a predisposition to those morals/values taught and ingrained into society as whole will not have an impact on the other percent of the population that is not religious?
I don't think anyone is saying only religious people oppose it …
See you can be funny...a little bit.
Now I if you would quit spitting hairs and arguing every stinking sentence, there might be hope for you.
And this thread is about gay marriage.....not just Lez be an marriage.
there's hope for this site.
Funny, in all the verbiage R K9 has put out there, he has yet to address the issue head on of how gay marriage affects him.
He has gone on and on about his butthurt over religion being pointed out as the primary opposition to gay marriage. This despite the fact that the vast, vast majority of opposition any of us, including R K9, has seen has been religious in nature.
So opposition is not an affront to religion itself, only those who judge people that sin differently as somehow not deserving of the same rights as they enjoy.
It's comical watching R K9 dance around talking in circles trying to deflect his own bigotry.
