I've had to adjust just one on a wasr i had about 5yrs ago using the same methods zghorner mentioned. Tromix is in ne Ok might give them a call and see if they can't fix you up. I would avoid shipping it back to arsenal, sounds like you already know how long that could take, and they make you pay for shipping. Two Rivers is the best option but its in okc. I would send it to them way before I sent it back to arsenal.

It's an AK brother... Jihad Joe's lube with motor oil and beat sights straight with rocks... Get a hammer and go to town.
Returned the AK to Arsenal. They received today. I just hope I see it again. I've heard some real horror stories about their service after sale. Turns out the entire barrel was pointing to the left and not just the front sight. Hopefully they will resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
Which vendor? Some are great about customer service and some don't.

okla1911, I returned it to the Arsenal factory in Las Vegas. It's an SLR-107.
