Today in New Hampshire, Perry stated that he had been improperly indicted for bribery. He hasn't been indicted for bribery. He doesn't even understand what he's accused of. Who is this guy? There's a profound problem with his brain. Tumor, anyone? Indictment is a valuable diagnostic tool. Its better that people found this out early.
