Oh well, here goes my "rant"!!!


I just loved the way you all swarmed upon the Elemental Coffee Inaugural event,last weekend!!! Yes, I know that the area of 8th amd Hudson might not be zoned for an event like that.

Come on...the way you all "swarmed" and "busted" the taco trucks like you did...and with that many inspectors....really!!??

My concer with all of this is...do you treat ALL inspections of taco/food trucks with the same FAIRNESS?? I have no vested intrest in this raid...just a few concerns and questions.

Have you all ever been to the Southside of OKC?? Have ALL the Southside trucks been inspected or raided like last week??

***When you all make your Southside inspections....do you have an officer do an Immigration check???


Rant Off....I could really go on about this,but I'll stop for now.

It's like that here in Tulsa aswell, the Health Dept does all it can to keep the little guys down and the chains up and running.

Remember that all of NE Oklahoma is on Indian land of some sort. They have jurisdiction over sales of controlled substances on Indian land. I suspect some of the investigations were at places such as casinos and other event centers. It is likely that if some vendors were found in violation, they (BIA) would the ones affecting the arrest and jailing (just as PD or Sheriff would be for other premises).
