I've seen something about as high as yours on an EDO. Smaller stature guy who walked fine and talked with a slight slur. If a blood test wasn't done on him, I wouldn't have believed it to be that high.
Alcohol tolerance is chiefly determined by body mass, body composition and your genetic roots. The bigger more body water you have, the less alcohol that remains in the blood. The better the liver enzymes, the less alcohol the remains. Most native americans have poor liver enzymes which is why they are predisposed to alcoholism.

Supposedly there is/was a guy in Japan that drank so much daily that he could no longer function without it. He was around a 1000. Not sure how accurate that is, but I am sure it happens.
