I like the mini 14 and I don't care what you think

I loved the looks of them when they first came out,,,
That M-14-ish styling caught my eye,,,
Fortunately I couldn't afford one.

I say fortunately because two friends of mine eventually bought theirs,,,
Neither rifle could make a tight group, with any ammo, at 50 yards.

They were true "minute of coyote" rifles at best.

I don't mean to denigrate the rifle,,,
I'm just curious is all.

Now, after many years of production and modifications,,,
Has their accuracy improved to acceptable levels?

Yes! A few people did get a good Edsel, but most didn't. Kinda applies here as well.
