Well this is the lower

As soon as I figure out if this is a milspec or not I will start getting a stock. So if anyone knows if this is milspec or not let me know, also if you know a good place to get some parts (stock, pistol grip, handguards) in Tulsa let me know.

If you're asking if it's milspec or not because you are thinking the commercial tube won't fit, it doesn't matter. Both milspec and commercial buffer tubes fit. I personally would get a milspec tube because it's supposedly more durable and you have more options on stocks. Just my opinion.
