To be exact, your report is true. Litter bearer, cannoneer, Monkey loader, sail master and titles like this come and go with the evolution of the military.
A participation trophy is not what brings on the desire to get training, advance and make more money/responsibility in the services. Service members that want to excel, take those advances in rank as a measure to better themselves and work their way to the top in their field.
Its a politically correct piece of BS that Trump says will go away.
The services have way too many PC restrictions. I'd hate be there now.
