The older issued Marks 4s are 2FP, (3-9x, 3.5-10x, 4.5-14x) but they issued FFP 3.5-10s for M24s and MK11 and M110 upgrades throughout the years in limited numbers. The Mark 4 6.5-20x is a FFP scope as well. All are bullet proof and most have zero stops. You just have to set it when you zero and slip the caps (M3); they aren't a push button or a detent like the newer scopes except the 6.5-20x. All Mark 5 have a simple zero stop.
I'm well versed on all those latter scopes you posted. I have or have had the Razor HDs and Bushnell HDMR and XRS and they are good scopes, all made by LOW. I do get pricing on NiFo and Leupold and others, but it's limited to individuals mostly. Leupold does have a pro deal for Mil/LE but you have to register, but their newer scopes are reasonable priced nowadays.
