Recommendations for a meat slicer?

Very powerfull, but the throat on the pan where you load the meat is small.
You will find that if your doing a lot of processing, the Kitchen Aid won't get it.
The 1" throat requires one to spend hours cutting the meat into small strips to be able to feed into the grinder.
Been there done that.
Buy one that has a 2" throat and you can thank me later.

I got a sales flyer from cabella's today. They have a $200 slicer on sale for $89 bucks I believe it was.
Already trashed the flyer, but it was a 2 day deal only.

I dropped money on commercial. I burn too many motors out on the less expensive ones.
