Gee, whoodathunk?
Maybe this is why my cholesterol is at the lowest it’s ever been. Been getting about 70% of my calories for about the past 8 months from mostly saturated fats. Pork fat, Beef fat, butter, cheese (I know, redundant as it’s beef fat too), are the mainstays of my diet. 20% from protien and 10% carbs.
Down 65 lbs net, lost 85 lbs of body fat and added 20 lbs lean muscle mass.
The damn food pyramid is a death sentence for a lot of people.
South Park was right when Cartman said the pyramid was upside down.
