Had an out of state friend ask me what handgun duty ammo Tulsa Police Dept issues/ carries. Yes, it's in relation to the recent shooting. Anyone know?

Black talons are the same thing as WW rangers,minus the black paint. dont tell any liberals. They are too slow/heavy to expand the thick, hard jackerts used, with animal chest hits. What they do in jello is irrelevant. The lungs are just airsacks, very little fluid in them to expand a jhp.

He's right. Windbags is all them lungs is. You gotta go for head shots in less than 0.145 sec from 25 yds to stop the threat. That's drawing from concealment of course.
