Sure you can. There may be consequences, but we are beings with volitional consciousness. We are perfectly capable of deciding a law is immoral or unjust and defying it. As a matter of fact, I consider anyone who would obey any law, regardless of his own thoughts about it, and has no point at which he would defy a law, regardless of its injustice, to be a pitiful excuse for a human being and undeserving of the incredible gift of consciousness that was bestowed upon him.

It they were just minding they own business, why ambush and kill 4 agents that were executing a lawful warrant? Because the agents were impolite? When the police show up at your door with a warrant, you don't get to discuss the merits of the warrant. You allow the search and then avail yourself of the court system for any redress.

Maybe you do, maybe you don't. Forcing the will of the state on folks is a dangerous job. And it should be. Perhaps if armed invasion were met with armed resistance more often, the ninjas would be a little less enthusiastic about kicking down doors.

4 agents killed. 82 Davidians killed. 20+ years later the ATF is still kicking in doors. The FBI is still kicking in doors. If the Davidians were "dying for a cause" it was a total failure.

When the Feds show up with a warrant, it is not an "invasion". David Koresh was preparing for an apocalyptic battle on a cosmic scale, and he got his butt handed to him. Again, the "Lamb of the Lord" overestimated his own powers and underestimated the government's. Whose fault is that?

Reno was a nutbag. Bill tried to talk her out of her plan but she wouldn't hear it.

The Elian Gonzalez saga was brilliant, too.

And Reno V ACLU.

What a legacy. LOL

We're just not gonna agree on this MM. When someone, anyone, breaks into my home, they are an invader. They may or may not have the blessings of the state, but they are an invader.
