You have to taste the broth before adding anything in there. And you have to use the Asian soup spoons too. Don't go there thinking about the other 2 Pho's that you had! Saigon is by far my fav place to eat Pho in Tulsa. I won't touch any of the others unless Saigon is closed or family wants to go to the other ones(which is for other items on their menu).
Saigon also has the best duck
Pho Lien Hoa- NE 23rd near Western. This is the best place in OKC for Pho.
