Well, I must say. It isn't what I expected. It was sliced thin and served wih fruit and cheese. Almost like an appetizer. Hell, I wanted a big fat steak of it. I would have taken a pic, but it honestly looked like prosciutto. The taste was uneventful, didn't taste like anything, perhaps a bit "wild"...if anything.

Anyhow, much ado about nothing. Next up, anteater filets. Lmao
