I think the ACOG is way better on there. It was already heavy with that medium weight SS barrel. I still wish I could have got pics when I test fired it with the Ti brake on it. That was pretty cool with the sparks. I don't know what it is about those Troy tubes that cause them to make your rifle look so long. I have the 11.0 on mine with a 12.5 barrel and it looks way longer then what it is until you pick it up and shoulder it.

I think it may be because it so slim profiling? I am uploading a couple pics that makes I look like an 18 and another that looks like a 16. The ACOG was partly for the cool factor but mostly for the weight. The 3.5 power is perfect. I was hitting an 8 inch plate at 200 meters pretty easy. 300 was difficult but with some more practice I think I could get very effective with it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing your rig man (I'm certainly jealous). But let me ask this - do you find it more awkward to move/shoot with a 3.5x optic over irons or a red-dot (or say, the Millet on lower-power)?

O I know. I wouldn't care if you were bashing it! Lol.

I honestly haven't done any moving and shooting. The 3 gun this Sunday will be my first. The other day however I shot a coyote on the run at around 50 yards or a little less. Missed twice then connected. I loved the reticle for that scenario and in the heat of it I didn't notice if it was awkward or better. I killed the coyote so it worked for me.

IF WE HAD A GEAR SECTION I COULD DO A REVIEW OF IT!!!!!!!! HINT HINT

I'm not bashing on your rig in the slightest Wormydog... I'm actually insanely jealous of it. Mine looks like every other carbine out there right now, that's why I wanna get an 18" upper and try something different.
