Looks like it'd take a 200-page manual to fire up that behemoth once it's done I don't suppose it'd be used for anything less than family reunions and company picnics?
Competitions and catering mostly. I am attempting to get my foot in the door with a bar here in town to let me start serving BBQ on the weekends, Fri, Sat, Sun and Mondays (during football) We'll see if it works out.
