Did any of you get the Froyo 2.2 update yet? It was released on the 13th of this month as an OTA update...just curious what its like. I've got the myTouch 3g with the 3.5mm jack and I guess I've gotta wait a lil longer...supposedly it will update before the end of the year...ugh T-Moble release

I didn't get it OTA but I have a custom ROM with it. It's must faster on my htc incredible than the previous version.

I got an ota update earlier this month on my vibrant, but it was not 2.2... I'm hoping to see the full update sometime in the near future though.

I have a Moto Droid on Verizon and I got the 2.2 update a while ago.

Buddy of mine got it on his Droid X. The one thing I've heard him comment about several times is how much longer his battery lasts. Overall, I think he likes it.

Nothing on mine yet, but I've got it rooted with Noobnl's andromeda ROM and andromeda Kernel and its SAILING along. (And the wireless tether isn't bad either)

I have had it for about a month on my Droid X. It definitely makes the phone more responsive.

I'm not sure about the rest of the T-Mobile Android phones, but as far as you and I, Rusty, being Samsung Vibrant users, Samsung has finally stated they'll be rolling out 2.2 at the end of November: http://www.examiner.com/gadgets-in-...royo-update-won-t-hit-u-s-until-late-november

This applies to all Galaxy S phones, not just T-Mobile/Samsung's Vibrant, so you too, Zombie.
