We were out shooting yesterday afternoon. We lit up a small patch of grass but stomped it out pretty fast.
The gun barrels and the forearms got really hot quick.
I wouldn't be surprised if a hot piece of brass set the small fire we put out. It was right beside us where the brass was hitting and not down range.

once you get your optic zeroed..just put a daub of fingernail polish on the dials so you always know where it zero's at....that way if somenone turns the dial you can always put it back quick and dirty.

I was shooting my 9mm here, and one of the hot casings actually started a small grass fire. :shocked: Luckily it didn't get out of control, but it was on a public range, so they had to call a cease fire and get a bucket of water on it. It is crazy dry...
