You know......it's the whole (public) government guarantee and associated Bill of Rights vs. someone's (private) property thing.
I mean I totally understand the confusion as it is not an easy concept to grasp.
No doubt, understood. Private/public yada yada... I guess my comment was too muddy. Let me take another shot at it, pun intended.
I find it wild how the champions of constitutionalism, and those who understand and support the bill of rights fourth article, defending it to the teeth, take a swipe at the first article... Stripping and censoring another person just because they disagree with the originator.
I.E. Fight for some rights set fourth in a constitution but not all... Just seems ironic. Sorry you didn't get that before, hope this clears that up.
