Yeppers. Anytime a member of a law enforcement agency gets in trouble with the law, it is a detriment to all the others in that agency. I think there might have been 2 or 3 incidents that occurred during our time at the OSBI. I can guarantee that in spite of the extensive background check done by them, there are always those occasional ones that come along. And rightfully so, those individuals that have demonstrated poor judgement need to be out of their agency.

Being a lightweight drinker I have a question. To have a alcohol level of three times the legal limit would a person have to have a history of heavy drinking or can a person who drinks occasionally reach that level without passing out?
+1... If true, the 'facts' if they are facts, seem to indicate that the people have lost a motorboat. I'm not sure what to make of that. Times being what they are, we'll just have to wait and see.
