Here, but occasionally There.
Rick,

I have to agree that a cappella is an art form of its own. The human voice is much more beautiful than many of the musical instruments today. In my entire 68 years, I've been to a sum total of two concerts. The first was a country group that performed at one of our school's alumni celebrations. The lead singer was once a student at our school. It was really a bummer concert because they all seem to think that they need to drown out their voices with musical instruments that are way too loud.

The second concert was better because it was one where instrumentals were the primary reason for going. (I won't ever go to another of them either, mostly because the Ford Center seating was sucky and crammed together.

It's the same with church services. So many have the music drowning out the human voices.

Agreed. I like many types of music and think these folks did a good job of a classic. The guy performing with them is part of a group that is very good too.

Damn Rick, I miss Lonewolf49 now. He had good taste in music. That bunch you posted sucks.

What would you know, you voted for Obama and probably listen to Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber. :P :P
