21 for a rifle may be a problem for retailers. Age discrimination.

I would think this would be unlawful in Oklahoma due to our state’s age discrimination laws relating to public accommodation.

Someone will due for age discrimination, but just like the cake shop that wouldn't make cakes for gay weddings, it is the businesses choice as to who they sell to and what store policies they set. If you don' like it, don't shop there. Yes, I know a business as big as Walmart won't care....

You can ask for their catalog and order high end guns, at least you used to be able to do that.
Their prices were pretty comparable if not cheaper in some cases.
I was in Academy today. Plenty of ammo on the counters including .22.
AR's were in open display on the counter. I didn't see any signs of hoarding.
