If you want to talk about equality, how about equal sentencing for offenses. There have been recent cases of teacher/student relationships going to court. The female teachers get a slap on the wrist compared to the male teachers having relationships with female students. There is inequality everywhere, mostly in favor of the females, so let's not start complaining about "inequality". Females have created this issue with their false claims everywhere. Men are guilty until proven innocent in this world when it comes to the majority of issues/crimes.
Let's say that a man sexually assaults a women. If proven guilty he gets a 20 year sentence. Now, let's say the same woman fabricates the charges and the man did absolutely nothing to her but she wants to make his life hell for whatever reason. She gets NOTHING!! If a female makes up a claim of any sort that comes with a prison/jail sentence, she should be held to the same sentencing terms as the man.
Now let's talk about equal pay for the same work. This entire idea is one big facepalm. If females were paid less for the same job/work, how are men getting hired over women at all? This is a completely empty idea. Most companies when hiring people of both sexes, have a pay grade or a posted pay rate for the position being offered. Let's take into consideration negotiation. Most men are far better at it than women, therefore men get the higher pay rate. Second, these arguments don't take into account women being off for maternity leave and other things women take off work for. The "equal pay" argument is a complete farce.
If we are talking about the military and/or police, fire, ems, etc.. jobs, then there should be exactly the same requirements for men and women. If a woman passes the tests then I have no problem at all with them doing said jobs. But the fact that they reduce the requirements for women is ridiculous. If you want to talk about "equality", I'm sure there are a handful of places where it does happen, but the information that most people put out as arguments, is just as ridiculous.
When it comes to being around women in the workplace, I for one stand by the current opinion about staying away from them and not giving them the opportunity to make false claims about anything. Has the BS on this front gotten insanely out of hand? YES!! Who do you think caused it? And when you come up with that answer, then ask yourself WHY they caused it.
Let me give you a little something else to chew on. Men and women are NOT equal. Their bodies are different and their minds work differently. It's FACT!! And women who complain about inequality are simply weak in every way and completely insecure, probably because they had crap-ass parents.
