This one is not adjustable. If it went any farther it would be extremely difficult to get a decent grip.Looks pretty good. Is it adjustable for ride height at all? I'd like to have the pistol down a little lower in the waistband.

I have to ask... why???
Its negating the purpose of a minimalist holster by still coming out to full length past the barrel, so why would you want to give up extra material that could keep your gun securely where it needs to be?
And also the reholster. You'd have to remove the whole kit to get your gun back in every time.
It does hold the firearm securely without the additional material fully enclosing the firearm (thereby qualifying as minimalist) and does require removing the holster from the waistband to SAFELY re-holster. I have no issue with appendix carry but do have an aversion to re-holstering ANY firearm lacking a manual safety without first removing the holster. This style holster works for me to comfortably carry all day with the 365 but not so much with my 3" 1911. That particular holster is already in the drawer.
I would be too worried about the retention ability of holding on to just the trigger guard to ever fully trust that.
@ChrlieWH20; thanks for the reply. @ignoredmember: You bring up a legitimate concern for sure. And one that is keeping me from ordering one of the Minimalist types for my 43X until, and if, I learn more that will satisfy my concerns. So, what are you using for the G48?.
