I had a pretty jovial conversation with some of Lawtons finest this weekend over this. Their first expectation is that men will instinctively start grabbing titties. They also think permitless carry will be wild west in the street. There was a mention of creating a municipal code to prevent nipples from seeing sunlight, as if women were just yearning to bare it all. They said they were instructed to write tickets to any topless women in the mean time, arrest if necessary, let the court work it out. They're not too enthused over their instruction.

Don't know how it'll work out, but I do know there isn't a single elected official in this town worth their weight in manure, anf the police chief has a 2x12 size stick up his @$$.

If it were me (and I'm glad it isn't anymore), no way am I writing a citation or arresting someone when I know for a fact that the prevailing court precedent in my district has ruled it legal. There will be no blood in the streets and no tittie groping without a corresponding slap in the face.

I'm all for decorum but I've yet to have anyone ever show proof that an errant uncovered female breast has caused injury to another person. One day I observed a mother of obvious southern hemisphere descent, pop a full boob out in the middle of the ticketing lobby at TUL, then proceed to nurse their youngling with no cover. I watched person after person pass by and never even notice the visible areola on display (it wasn't small). Chaos didn't ensue and no one's world ended just because of a boob. Fingers weren't pointed, snickers didn't ensue and inappropriate comments went unvoiced. If a sweater puppy is exposed and no one sees it, did it really happen? IDK

I never understood why men can expose their fat, hairy, sweaty man titties and women can't. Just doesn't make sense to me...
