Ain’t nothing gonna happen to Obama. Now if he was a republican his life would be ruined. But since he is a democrat he is above the law. Sad but true. But oh how I wish he would go down. I wish all the corrupt politicians would, Republicans too.

They don't have any immunity from criminal prosecution for any crime.

Nixon was not prosecuted only because Ford gave him a full pardon. I bet Trump will give Obama a pardon....don't you think ?

I don't know that I agree with that. If a democrat was in office I would agree with you, but if there was a democrat POTUS there is not a snowball's chance that the Attorney General would even think about going after Obama.

But, I would agree that I would really like to see him and all of the FBI losers go down.

Our society and the view of accountability to a higher power has changed markedly between the Watergate era and today. Without such accountability, those in power have little or no restraint beyond the limits of their political power. Likewise, the general public has lessened expectations for their leaders to respect laws as long as they believe there is no negative impact on them personally.

The poster boy for this corruption of character is likely disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok (Strock) with his expressively contemptuous face while he was being questioned. He no doubt looks forward to being reinstated in some way, shape, or form. Perhaps he has been already. I hope not. I hope for a return to higher standards, but it depends on the morality of the average citizen. Corruption has always been woven through Washington but they had to keep it more hidden, more under restraint.

Perhaps I should have prefaced that with "True Christian." There really is very little room for deviation from scripture if one is a true Christian. I'm not wanting to get into an argument but my personal feelings do come to the front on occasion.

No ex-president is granted immunity.The Constitution even states that although a person, when impeached and convicted by Congress, can only be removed from and disqualified to hold office but can be held liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment, and punishment according to law. (U S Constitution, Article I, Section 3, Clause 7.)

Obama gets no free pass.
