If anyone wants some interesting reading, check out the Wisconsin response to Sidney's lawsuit there. Especially fun is where they point out that her own submitted materials, listing the 8 counties where 'egregious' conduct was alleged from the dominion machines to have occurred, show that only two of those places actually used the machines in question and that both went for Trump.
I guess we will find out today how many conservatives side with Justice Breyer on whether today's Safe Harbor deadline should matter.

I'm starting to think Sidney Powell was hired by the dems to demoralize the anti-biden (notice I didn't say Trump supporters) crowd.
There is so much wild speculation, shouting up disproven talking points, and downright disinformation around this situation that it’s hard to know what to believe about any of it.
The Texas AG is now using GA, PA, WI and MI in the SCOTUS. It's an interesting move since it would go directly to the high court. I wonder how it will be received since it's one state asking the justices to overturn the results of other states after the fact. Some of the points in the filing seem to mirror other cases that haven't gained much traction, but perhaps they will here.
I know PA has already filed a response, but am not sure about the others. The response has some pretty interesting things to say.

There is a multi-prong attack going on and we are reading filtered and biased reports of bits and pieces of the action. (Good luck at playing armchair General)
Realize also that the Trump legal forces are doing both pure legal attacks and hybrid public relations legal attacks.
Both sides of the conflict are actively trying to manipulate the mood and resolve of the general public... As are many frequent posters here on OSA. Remain calm and be circumspect.
This thing is unfolding slower than most of us have patience to tolerate. Be careful not to run too far ahead of the action to start waving victory or surrender flags.

Yet once again when it’s a close race, dimocrats “find” just enough ballots in a drawer to swing the election to their side.

Powell is turning out to be wearing clown shoes....but the facts behind the legal rejection of her cases can’t be ignored.
Too bad other states have not joined the suit, yet.
