It only takes one to get it to SCOTUS and if I heard correctly, it’s about the constitutionality of the elections, not about fraud.
There's another issue here. Does Texas even have status to sue over how other states conduct their elections?
The Supreme Court of the United States isn't even going to entertain a case like this.

I think we will find out tomorrow? Alito has already signaled he might want to look at this.

We'll find out tomorrow that Alito wants to take a look at it.
We'll also find out that Trump's three appointees to the court want nothing to do with it.
We won't find that out until tomorrow, so we have another brief window of opportunity in which to keep our hopes up.

From what little browsing I've done on this it appears that the suit is about violating the 14th amendment. Election procedures have been changed in these states without it going through the state legislatures.

It will be interesting to see. As one comment i saw pointed out, will the SCOTUS really want to open itself to states suing other states for matters of policy. Will New York be allowed to sue texas for texas' oil and gas policies?

Several people have also pointed out that the Texas AG is being investigated by the FBI and the state's solicitor general, who'd normally be the person bringing a case before the SCOTUS, is no where to be found in the document.

I believe that is the claim, but so far most of the states seem to say that the legislature delegated authority to make changes (or something to that effect).

Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr, who was named the new chair of the Republican Attorneys General Association, said “With all due respect, the Texas Attorney General is constitutionally, legally and factually wrong about Georgia.”

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is as crooked as a barrel of snakes and he is deeply fearful that he'll be run to ground if he doesn't have somebody in Washington to protect him. It's unbelievable. Ken Paxton is another Republican living off the fat of the land imagining that it will last forever.
