A few years ago I spent a week camping in the Selway/Bitterroot Wildnerness in Oct. Into the lower 30s/upper 20s at night a night or two. I still managed to wash my hair and most of my body every morning. I won't leave the house without showering. I did the same thing in hunting camp in the Colorado mountains. Cold water or warm, I'm keeping clean. The only thing worse than some stinky guy is a stinky chick... Gross.

My son takes two showers a day and is in there for about 45 minutes. He is a clean freak like me. I take multiple baths a day. If I go outside for even 15 minutes i have to take another bath as I fill dirty. That’s OCD for ya.

I can’t sleep without a shower if I’ve sweat at all. I kinda of envy people that can go without showers. I have a cousin that his GF used to get mad at him for going days. I think he liked his funk.

I read about celebrities who don't bathe daily. Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, Russell Crowe and other celebrities who don’t bathe very often: they run away from soap | OI Canadian

I was at a retail establishment when a 20 something girl, pretty little thing, walked upwind. She stank so badly that it made my eyes sting.

For the environment? To conserve water?

No need to pay for drying your clothes at the laundromat.
Just wash them and go home and hang them on the clothesline.

Yeah... and your kid can carry the basket full of wet clothes while Mom hangs them, so she don't have to stoop over. Been there...
