The Ukrainians seem to think war is coming.



I was listening to a BRCC podcast a few days ago, and I think they said that Nolan (the guy doing this video for Coffee Or Die Magazine) is married to a Ukrainian woman, and both she and her mother have been drafted into the Ukrainian military. (I think it was Nolan whose wife and MIL got drafted; it could've been someone else from Coffee Or Die.)

Big difference, Russia has been invaded by Germany, France, Britain, and Turkey. I can understand why they don't trust use, I wouldn't. Study history over time, you might come to a different conclusion. And most people know we want there resources, or control there resources. "We" is NATO, EU, USA, western Europe.

Russia is claiming they are invading to protect ethnic Russian people. That is a lie pure and simple. What they are really after is to control the Black Sea, have a more direct pipeline to Europe for their gas, and to control the Ukraine ship yards which they use to build aircraft carriers. Oh and if they can stop having to pay Ukraine any fees on the gas pipeline it is even better. Plus Russia has a history of subjugating Ukraine.

The deployments are intended to defend NATO's eastern front, not Ukraine. Romania and Poland are where I saw troops were being deployed, both of which have extensive borders with Ukraine.

Keep telling yourself that. Ukraine has been in the works to join NATO for awhile now and Russia has made no moves to attack the rest of NATO. The troops are being moved to try and deter Russia from invading Ukraine but probably will not work.

Yes it’s a deterrent, but they are not being deployed to Ukraine. They are being deployed to NATO member states, ostensibly in case Russia gets a bigger appetite after (potentially) defeating Ukraine.

Yep and everyone knows Biden always tells the truth and is a foreign policy expert.
