I’m not gonna read another manifesto in its entirety, but the news was reporting that this kid copy+pasted a lot from the Christchurch, NZ shooting. We have a real extremist problem.

Gun control isn’t going to stop the violence (see: Timothy McVeigh), but I also don’t know what society / the government should do. How do you prevent kids from becoming radicalized online if parents enable that behavior or aren’t willing to step up?

You need to read “the rest of the story”. Black neighborhood, 22 of the 13 shot were black, recent history of racist postings on SM, racist writing on his weapon, drove 200 miles to this town and live-streamed his attack. He is a racist.

Yes I agree I have seen the rest of the story, he was 100% a racist! First off I thought it was media blowing it up but Not the case with this shooting..

i watched the video in full and read his "manifesto"

kid had some valid points but went about everything all wrong.. it's tragic but I also don't believe it wasn't setup to push for more radical gun reform...

anything to push the agenda.

when in fact..if more people has been there and been armed (and had training) he might not have made it inside at all...

I saw that Biden gonna “push for more gun control” now. Who would’ve thought? Those dead people are meaningless to him and his kind that hate this country and everything it stands for. They will use ANYTHING to strip away more freedom.

Immediately start talking about “doing something”. But it’s never doing something that will actually make things better. It’s always to enact more laws. If the 20,000+ gun laws we currently have didn’t stop these shootings then why would one more? The answer, is that it wouldn’t. It would be one more infringement. I’ve read folks on here talking about how red flag laws could work if “done properly”. No they couldn’t. New York has red flag laws, mag restrictions, and firearm restrictions, among other things and it didnt stop what happened. Not one single gun law is gonna stop these events. Only more armed people fighting back will make a difference.

The border is a mess, I’ll grant you that. I’m not a fan of a lot of the gun laws either.

But how are liberals stealing Treasury? What wars are we trying to start?

Why are liberals responsible for the price of gas? I saw that one coming while Trump was still president when all the refineries started shutting down. Every other sensible American saw it coming too, so why pretend that this is fault of liberals. You know better than that.
