I have both and am far faster with a speedloader than with speed strips. I also use 2 different kinds of speedloaders, HK and Dade and the Dade is slightly faster as it is a push release.

I practice fairly regularly with both. I just spent about 30 minutes timing myself with both and the HK loader averaged 4-6 seconds faster than speed strips and the Dade loader was even faster by around 1 second.

I used my S&W 638, HK speedloader, Dade speedloader and Tough strips. I used Tough strips instead of Bianchi speed strips casue that is what I had handy, but I can't tell any difference in use between the two.

To the OP question I got my last ones local at Sportsworld. I'm pretty sure I seen some at Bill's in Claremore and at Medlocks, but I would call ahead to make sure.
