Who's smokin/grillin what this weekend?

We have some steaks marinating, so we are just smoking eggs and veggi's for the side dish.
Never tried asparagus before, but since we have a bumper crop this year, what the heck!
Every thing will be drizzled with bacon grease before going on the cookshack.

I've picked 7 gallons of it so far this year.
About to get tired of eating it.
Probably have a pound or more of it in the garden right now that needs picked.

GOOD GRIEF! Wish you were closer! We LOVE asparagus! Haven't had any 'home grown' asparagus in ages! The wife says that might be worth a road trip!

Try the eggs. The smoke goes right through the shell.
