Discharging his weapon to shoot tires is a no go. Shoot to kill when you or your family is in life threatening danger.

It's really an open and shut case against the homeowner. He'd better plead out and throw himself upon the mercy of the court.

If he wants to shoot thieves in the back, he needs to move to Texas*.

I was kind of expecting another lengthy argument like we had about Jerome Ersland (who, incidentally, plead guilty to possession of drugs while in prison).
