We did a 30x40 post frame with a 10' covered concrete on one side as well. Gober Post Frame did the work. No complaints, everything went smoothly. That was in 2015, I've heard good and bad reviews, both before we built and since, just like anything else. I did one large overhead and one walk thru at the opposite end for air flow. Assuming yours isn't going to be cooled, keep the orientation of the shop on site and location of the doors for the best air flow in the summer if possible. I figured I'd still need to have a large fan but so far it's been doable without one, we usually have no shortage of wind. We probably would have had room to do a 30x50 or a 40x40, but I'm not feeling crowded whatsoever with what we've got.

If you can weld, I built one for my parents church a few years ago. C-channel frame, steel siding zip screwed to it. Fifteen years, she's still holding strong. Was surprisingly easy to DIY if you're able bodied.

Helped build a stick frame 100x60 barn in my teens too. We didn't think it would last, but she's holding up like a champ. Wood trusses still look new. I wouldn't recommend 24ft roof. Hanging trusses that high straddling 2x4's wasn't fun.

Depending on the use the OP wants, keep the ceiling low like 10' walls. I've seen folks put in 12' to 15' walls to put cars in there. If one wants to keep big equipment inside, the high walls are the way to go but for any other purpose the high walls are just more cubic feet of ai that needs to be heated or cooled, again depending on what purpose the building is going to be used for.

So far Gober is the most reasonable I've found
