I vote for the S&W Victory. Price is right, lots of mod options if you want and it breaks down for cleaning easier than the rest.

I agree about jumping through hoops, but the CMP has always required some "Hoop Jumping". I think they will remain priced higher on the open market than the CMP sells them for. There are a lot of people out there chomping at the bit for these.

I've looked into this in the past. I personally would purchase 1 oz American Eagles. They cost a little more upfront but will be easier to sell and barter if that time ever comes.
