I do not believe we are born with a fully functioning set of morals or conscience either, but most everyone is born with the ability to develop morals. Babies and young children do not know wrong from right but have the capability to grow in body and mind. I believe that everyone of developed...
I like the Colt Commander XSE, especially the one with the aluminum frame. Personally, I would shoot it a lot more that a wheel gun, and that is what matters most.
I openly profess that I am a Christian so I do not have to wonder where my morals come from. If I were an atheist, I would have to believe that whatever created us (even if it were just luck of the universe aligning properly to form life) that every person came from the same place. If we all...
I have looked through both Nikon Pro-Staff and the P-Rimfire at the local Academy, and I really like the clarity. It hey also have a Redfield Battlezone that looked pretty good. am taking the Bushnell off the list of possibles if for no other reason than the weight. Hawke is out too just from...
I am currently looking at the following:
Nikon P-Rimfire
Redfield Battlezone Tac.22
Hawke Sport HD
Bushnell AR-22
Burris MSR
Any feedback from those who own or have used these?
I am not sure if this post belongs here or another forum, but here it goes. I am looking for a new scope for a 10/22 for target shooting. I want something that has turrets or a reticle conducive to quick BDC adjustments, probably 3-9 variable. I will probably be shooting 100 yards or less...
I have to sleep with a loud fan going and also use a white noise machine. It generally does not bother me, maybe because I have lived with it so long. I remember going to am uncle's farm in Alabama and shooting a couple of boxes of 44 from a Super Blackhawk with no hearing protection. My ears...
I would say not to limit yourself by buying a complete kit. You can purchase a lower parts kit from places like Primary Arms, MidwayUSA, Brownells, or even locally at Marks Firearms or Safety First Gun Range. You can then buy a complete upper with Bolt Carrier group, buffer tube, buffer, buffer...
That is a tricky situation that has undoubtedly occurred somewhere before. I would have your friend contact an attorney or law enforcement officer to give a definitive answer. I would think that keeping the guns in a combination safe would be enough, but I would not risk it.
Sorry about the incorrect statement. I meant to say the standard Primary Arms MD is inferior to the PA Advanced MD. I have both PA MDs and a Aimpoint T1, and the difference is not significant from the T1 to the PA Advanced, but the difference between the standard PA MD to the others is very...
I have nothing but good things to say about the Primary Arms Advanced Micro Dot. I also have an Aimpoint, and I do not think there is a wide gulf between the two. I could not say the same thing about the basic Aimpoint MD, which is noticeably inferior to the Aimpoint.
