I'm in the LGS yesterday and a guy comes in to buy some accessories for his AR. The AR already looked like an e-bay frankengun with something on every part of the rail. Anyway, the guy is drunk/stoned/higher than a kite. Fortunately two off-duty officers are there. They hold him until two on-duty officers arrive. The on-duty officers take the idiot and his AR to time out........

Out of curiosity, what all could this moron be charged with? Obviously PI, drug or paraphernalia possession if applicable. Does the fact that he had a firearm constitute a further charge? If he drove himself would that make a difference?

He was charged in District Court for Public Intoxication and Possession of a Firearm While Intoxicated. Both Misdemeanors.
