These are common sense measures.
This will not happen unless the American people speak up.

None look particularly onerous except:

6.Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers.

- obviously in preparation for a bill requiring NICS on private sales

and

16.Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.

- which is convenient registration thanks to the electronic records requirements from Obamacare.

No he didn't sign a ban on anything.

It was a ceremony and a speech. The EOs will be signed and implemented later....the list of EOs is actually fairly harmless. The real stuff is being left up to congress....which means it has a steep hill to climb.

and I like most will still say the same thing, a 10 round magazine will do nothing to stop the violence. Just means the BG will have 5-10 round mags and will have to reload to continue the evil deeds they do at times.
