In a nut shell neglected roof one year and it got hammered by rain. everything works as it should... use for parts or rebuild, ac/heat, fridge, stove, water heater all work... prob even has propane left in the tanks... bring tools, perhaps air compressor for tires, even has spare tire in the back, have anti sway bar attachment for tongue etc... Was a great bunkhouse trailer for us, many memories were made...
Again the roof is shot as are some if not all the cabinets etc, can be restored no doubt but its worth 3x the money just in parts...
$1,000 you come and deal with it, not going to entertain tire kickers this thing needs work...
