There is an NEF rifle on gun broker right now that is in Choctaw with a 22 Hornet barrel. It also has a 45/70, 223, and 30/30. I was going to bid, but I don't really need all those. Wait, maybe I do!

I'll post some pics once it's arrived. I considered Hornets in CZ, Ruger, NEF, Remington, etc. but settled on the old 219 Savage. I'm getting where I prefer guns that could tell a story were they able to speak.

A man can NEVER have too many guns. (at least that's what I'm trying to convince my wife of)
I remember back in the late 70's my brother bought a break open .22 Hornet (I think it was an H&R) and I just stared at him and said "why". Cartridges were hard to find so you basically had to reload for them. So I bought him a cheap RCBS single stage reloading press and ordered him 200 casings along with the dies. Later, I bought him a .444 Marlin (gunshow trade in) and a set of dies. Then a 788 Rem in .243 with dies. So I set here and try to figure out who is the fool.
That 22 Hornet has netted my Bother with several coyote, skunks, possums, rabbits, and squirels. Now I scratch my butt and wonder who was the fool.
